(1) District committee meeting will be held on the date, place and time specified by the chairman as per the requirement.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present, the quorum for the district committee meeting will be considered to be reached.
(3) The meeting will be chaired by the chairman of the district committee and in his absence by the senior member among the members present. The opinion of the majority in the meeting will be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(4) Other procedures related to the meeting will be as determined by the district committee itself.
